Be it Middle Eastern, Mexican, Japanese, or Chinese, this restaurant draws from Los Angeles' international influences and manages to astound at every turn. It's known for its "baco" sandwiches, especially the pork belly and veal tongue, served on amazing house-made flatbread. The sichuan "ribs," made from chicken thighs, are not to be missed, though it's hard to go wrong with any of the small plates served here. The restaurant itself has the fun, casual feeling of a bar, and is packed with a hip crowd most evenings.

My wife and I have been eating here since it opened and we highly recommend it. I would have given it a 5 rating except for the service on the night we went to celebrate her birthday. The food as always was outstanding. I love the hamachi dish and the lamb. I would say I have tried everything on the menu at least twice, but there is always some new creation to try.
Gingersmash is one of my favorite drinks. The Original Baco is so good. Such wonderful flavors all wrapped in a warm pita-like bread. This happening spot never disappoints on a night out.
Great food! Beet salad was amazing and the brussel sprouts were great. My favorite baco is the crispy shrimp one. The original baco was great, the next time I'll try the oxtail baco. The drinks are great too, especially the ginger smash.
