Rubi converted basement from a damp and dingy dumping ground to three dry and bright usable rooms. The team are a great bunch of lads and it was a pleasure to have them in our house. The quality of the work was very good indeed and Rubi has been easily contactable after the work was finished to sort out a couple of minor issues. We use our new rooms every day- it has completely transformed our house. Thanks!
Rubi and his team recently completed a garage conversion for us. He was extremely professional and quick to point out some of the potential damp-related issues that the garage had, which others had not considered. The team were focused with their work and did a fantastic job. The only minor downside was a delay in getting the windows and doors fitted, which was outside of Rubi’s control. I would highly recommend him and his team.
We waited well over a year and a half for Rubi and his team to commence work after we approached them for a quote and discussed our requirements. I can safely say that the wait was worthwhile. I am thoroughly elated with the transformed space, the lighting alone makes me smile . Rubi and his team at Back to Basements did a superb job of turning our unused and unloved junk rooms, into prime living space. This was a 7 month build and a very significant financial investment, but I can honestly say that the results have far exceeded our expectations. It looks absolutely stunning! I would give 6 stars if I could. The first thing I noticed about Rubi was how courteous he is. He always treated my house with respect, and not because he wanted my business but because he is a good person. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience regarding basement conversions which I don't think I could find elsewhere.
