I had lower back pain, sciatica and leg pain was unable to walk in excruciating pain. I was recommended to Back to Back by a family member. My first appointment with David was him doing a thorough check to see where the pain was and how it came about. He was very supportive and reassuring that I would get better which put me at ease. David then made sure I had two appointments each week at the start of my treatment. Been coming to back to back for over a year now, following on from back/neck and hip pain I’ve had virtually all my life. Thanks to David’s treatments, I’ve been able to have relief and answers as to why I’ve got the pains that I do have. Definitely recommend. Lovely staff as well and great sized clinic!

Chelsea, Sports Therapist, is fantastic. She has used the Winback machine on me plus an awesome massage today. Her knowledge and expertise were amazing. She had also given me some additional exercises and stretches. 10 out of 10. I highly recommend her. Jasmine, Sports Therapist, is truly excellent. I have multiple problems with my ailing body.
