I loved this place when I first moved in, the people were nice and friendly, the timeliness of service used to be 5 star, but whether its lack of help or just poor organization, I can't seem to get needed maintenance repairs resolved in a timely manner, and some of those are serious issues that need addressed. It's been a month since I sent a message with a request, and last inquiry was, you're on the list. Bacarra Apartments is the best I have never lived in a place that have the kind of events they have, I love living here and I would like to have more events. Movie nights are great. I love the staff all of them are wonderful.
From the moment we toured the apartments, it felt like home. Never before have I felt like such a part of the community. It is such a wonderful place to live.
Noise between apartments is terrible. Can’t wait for lease to be over. Take advise we should have, it’s not worth living here. My family can’t go to sleep for all the running upstairs. Nice residents but not good construction! Hate it.
I need a call in the next hour before I file a BBB complaint
