This is the worst office staff and management team ever! When I moved out no one was available to do my walk through but they had my forwarding address. One year later I get damage charges from a collections agency. I contacted the office staff and the RE Carroll management team and no one would talk to me about why I never got a statement or what the damages were. Don’t move here just don’t do it. Apartments are like dungeons there’s barely any light. Everyone leaves their trash everywhere no matter how many emails management sends out because they don’t want to put in the effort to enforce rules. Same thing goes with parking rules. I have seen people without stickers park in prime spots and never seen a tow truck. Residents catcall off their balconies when you walk by. Just recently read the news , and you guys have current residents expressing they have mold in your apartments. How do expect to grow your occupancy rate when you have these issues that havent been fixed? As a business owner, and investor I would be dissapoointed to get this type of negaive publicity especially since the rental rate for Raleigh, NC has increased 17.4%, and superseeded the national average. Great apartment! Quiet neighbourhood, nice greenery, well equipped fitness club, perfect pool, movie theatre... just perfect!
