Great pictures, great video, great time – We came in over the holidays to see our baby boy. Everything was fulfilled as advertised on the website. We loved the theater, the pictures were really good quality, and we took the video we bought to every house we went to over Christmas to show all of our family and everyone loved it. A+
Awesome !!!! – We went last night and although it was crazy busy, it was awesome! At first the baby was not cooperating (which the explained happens) but the tech kept working at it and got us some really cute images. We got it on DVD so that we can show everyone at Christmas. After our session, they printed off our pictures on this amazing printer they have that produced amazing pictures. The atmosphere is just beautiful, comfortable and the staff was just amazing. Best Christmas present ever!!! – My husband bought me this gift for Christmas and he could not wait to give it to me because he knew I would want to go before Christmas got here. BUCKHEAD-FALSE ADVERTISING-UNPROFESSIONAL – If you are a first time expectant mom and would like to see your child for the first time on a 120 inch "movie screen" PLEASE look elsewhere. The image is projected on a WALL and is nowhere near 120 inches. Because the image was projected on a WALL, it was extremely fuzzy and impossible to make out the images. Waste of money. Don't go!!!!!! – I truly waisted my gas/time/and money at the Alpharetta facility. The ultrsound tech was not patient, and was in a rush. The first time she was never able to tell me the gender. Told me I could come back only to not be able to tell the gender again. She said if "thinks its a girl" but not 100%. She only said it's a girl, because she asked me before my apt what I thought it was and I said girl. I went to Baby Vision a couple weeks ago and the customer service was so much better! Very good – I just want to thank everyone at the Alpharetta facility for making us feel so welcomed. This is our first baby and we really had a lot of questions and we are a bit nervous. We could tell that this was not their first rodeo. They had all the answers to our questions and gave us some great advice on other issues. The manager that we spoke with on the telephone was even much more helpful than our doctor's office. Gets better each time we come... – This is our 3rd child. We have been here with our other 2 and now for the 3rd. It has become tradition. :) We went to the Alpharetta office again. Every time we go, they have something new technology wise that makes it exciting to keep coming back. We love the SonoView service they now have (didn't have it last time). Great Experience!!!! – We have a great experience at BAby's First Images. We had lots of questions, so we called. Got all of the answers we needed. We arrived at the facility and it was as shown in the pictures on the website. The staff could not have been better. Everything was smooth as silk. Our little one is only around 16 weeks so we will be back a couple more times - for sure. Got to do this!!!
Not Good – The wait time was excessive and the receptionist forgot to label the CD. I had to guess which images were mine. The office was very unorganized.
