Horrible Experience! – My husband and I went to the Alpharetta location. We had signed up for the gender determination package initially. When we got there, the receptionist talked us into upgrading our package to get the 3D and 4D pictures. As a first time mother, I was very excited to find out what we were having and to see pictures of our baby. Buckhead location – The staff at Baby's First Images Buckhead are all very kind EXCEPT the manager ROBERT! His attitude sucks and he really needs to be ashamed of his customer service skills. I will not return to this place because of him! He has a rude, snob attitude and should not be allowed around people, especially hormonal pregnant people~
Treated my wife like crap – After the way this guy talked to my wife, he's lucky that if I dont come to that craphole of a business in Alpharetta GA and give him a piece of my mind.
Terrible – This place should not be in business. The Alpharetta location is a total joke, read the other reviews for the same place.
TERRIBLE! Rude Owner! – The owner/manager is completely pathetic. I can't believe he would think of talking to a 7 month pregnant women this way! Terrible customer service!! Don't EVER give this company your business!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Read all the terrible reviews on this place.... Total Nightmare – Wow, you would not beleive how bad the clarity was of our pictures. Forget scheduling a "REDO", only after filing a complaint with BBB was I offered a discount on a next visit. While also filing a visa dispute I was banned from the facility. Save yourself a headache and go ANYWHERE ELSE!!! Horrible customer service and the owner/manager is pathetic.
rude owner – We were not happy with our images. They were blurry and of bad quality. We said we wanted to retake the images and the owner said " no way. You can pay the full fee and reschedule". After yelling at me, he proceeded to hang up on me. I disputed the charge with Visa and they credited my account. No way was this jerk getting a dime from me.
Business response:
We did offer her (like EVERY client) a REDO session if you do not want the images your baby gives you from your first session. But once you leave with your images the REDO offer is no longer an option because you can copy images from disks onto your computer. She chose her original images, not the REDO, then later called back wanting the REDO. Our Better Business Bureau approved policy clearly explains this For the record, Visa eventually sided with our company.
Great Experience. – I booked an appt last minute. The staff was very nice. The office person took her time while I shuffled thru pics to choose for printing. Never felt rushed. Less than a week later my disc was stolen among other things. I called the office and they had another disc printed for me and ready for me to pick up. Always pleasant when I called.
Inconsiderate, poor customer service – My wife was scheduled for her fourth appointment at the Alpharetta, GA location on Feb 13, 2009. Around noon on the 12th, it started snowing in northern Georgia. My wife called to reschedule the appointment due to the high likelyhood of excessive ice on the road and warnings from the DOT to stay off of the roads.
