I called to schedule an appointment because their online scheduling didn't seem to be working properly. The man who answered the phone was amazingly rude to me. He tried his best to assure me I was an idiot and computer illiterate and that there couldn't possibly be an error within their system. What ever happened to the customer is always right policy?? Rudest owner I have ever dealt with. – Ultrasound tech was certified and I'm sure had learned OB in school - but had not done OB ultrasound in years- very inexperienced - horrible pics because of that. Complained to owner and was treated like a stupid child. Horrible customer service - don't spend your money here!

Hey, this is the owner. When the baby does not give the Mother good images, some mom's are very upset. Like this mom, she called in expessing her dissapointment while trying to blaming it on the sonographer. I merely mentioned to her that her assesment of the sonographer was inaccurate and explained to her that not only was she was a real Diagnostic sonographer with years of experience, but also extensively training in 3D/4D ultrasound. She took this as me being rude. You decide
Rude Owner!!! – So I had a session at the location in Alpharretta. My sister and I arranged for family to meet at her home to be able to view the session live. Well, none of them got to view it because there is a special number or something that is needed and the location did not have that. They said she would have to contact customer service to resolve on her own! So that put a damper on it for us but we continued with our appointment. This is the owner. Wow. We had a sonographer call in sick so we had to ask her adjust her time a bit or offer her another day. AND this was for a REDO session that we do at a loss for those mothers wanting a second chance! She is right, her SonoViewLivecom session was faulty and she was refunded full fees, but this is through SonoViewLivecom, not us. We even helped faciltate making sure they rewarded her the refund.
Disappointing experience – I went to the branch in Buckhead, on Rosewell Road. The technician was so impersonal which put me in a bad mood and just made the experience very somber and unfulfilling. She barely spoke to us.......The lady at the front desk was nice but did not have much knowledge of what was going on. It was a very disappointing experience. Bad service... Rushed... – If they had a zero rating I would give it to them. I just purchased the gender determination services because i planned to go back later and do the 3d/4d later. The first appointment they barely took any time to do it and they said they couldnt determine the gender. IThe time says 10 to 15 min. Try about 4. Website says, Gender pkg is 5-10 minutes. If the baby is cooperating, a sonographer can tell the gender of your baby within minutes. They cannot "move" your baby and trying to manipulating your baby is not advised. Its best to come back when the baby is in better position (and we do it for free). But, no where does it say we will do it for free for as long as it takes. All clients get 1 "free" redo. We do have special discounts beyond that, but we can't keep doing things for free.
A Great Experience !!! – We went to the Naperville, IL location and had a great time. This is our 5th child and had never done this before. The tech explained everything to us including what we were looking at. She was very kind to all our guests and even the little kids that were with us, even though they asked a thousand questions !! I came in at 16 wks 2 days to find out the gender and within 5 minutes we found out we are having another BOY ! Better off someplace else – I went to the Naperville, IL location for this ultrasound. Being my second pregnancy, I had already experienced this procedure and was familiar with the whole deal. I have to say, it was terrible. We arrived the recommended 30 minutes prior to our appointment because on their website and through their e-mails they state over and over again that if you are late to your appointment, you will loose your slot and be fined a $50 fee. Again, when the baby does not give mom's good pictures, we often get the blame. We cannot make the baby move his hand. Our real Diagnostic Medical Sonographers can try every skill they know, but they cannot move the baby. Its ashame we get blamed for the baby not cooperating and offer them a REDO for a mere $25 sitting fee (loss to us). By the way, the exam table is a medical grade Midmark OB exam table. It has a tempu pillow and it is a very lovely color, too. :o)
Horrible customer service – My husband and I set up our appointment for our first 3d ultrasound weeks ago. Needless to say, we were incredibly excited about seeing our little girl for the first time. I followed all the instructions, including drinking the water for 2 weeks (and the requisite every-five-minute bathroom breaks this required!). The Owner Hung up on my after I complained – I would never go back to this place if they paid me. I went to the Alpharetta location. I had to wait 30 minutes for my appointment and was not happy with the images. (I did drink plenty of water.) The owner called me at 9:30 pm and told me I was trying to scam him and that I needed to "grow up and learn to live with my decisions". This is the owner. This client was upset that she did not get good images. We offered her the REDO option, she declined it, took the disks home (can be copied) and then said she wanted to return them for the REDO. We reminder her that our policy was that she had to decide before she left because the discs could be copied and we do not do $25 REDO for 2 sessions. We did not say she was scamming anyone, but now you have both sides of the story. You decide.
