I just experienced the most troubling phone call. Not only did manager #13642 tell me I could not receive my free gender recheck as cited on your website and in the paperwork because I expressed my frustration with him cancelling my appointment and not having an available appointment until Saturday but he also said that it was a free service and it would through you all's generosity that I was even receiving a recheck and I did not deserve one because he did not like me requesting some type of reimbursement due to the inconv... read more
Great experience would go back if I have another baby! I cried when I seen my baby girl in 3D we have great pics and she looks so much like her 3D pics!
We enjoyed our ultrasound last week. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We already knew the sex but it was a lot of fun having my husband and daughter there and I loved sharing the experience with them because they never come to my doctor's appointments. We will definitely be back when I am further along to see how big he has gotten!
We had such a wonderful experience at this location. Our session exceeded our expectations. We will be back at 28 weeks to see our precious baby again!
I was having the worst day ever. I already had 4 ultrasounds done by my previous doctor and still did not know what I was having, so I was unable to have a baby shower and here I am at 8 and a half months pregnant and still didn't know the sex of my baby. We are posting here to address the few complaints in comparison to the ten's of thousands of satisfied customers we have served since 2003. As you know, there is two sides to each story. They dont have a location on here for Douglasville..I had an awesome experience there the tech was very nice and I was laughing the whole time! I will be going back.
2nd time going to the Lawrenceville location but bad bad experience. First of all they send you emails saying make sure you arnt late and dont cancel so my promptness and seeing that made my hubby, son, and I be about 20 minutes early. Well there was no one there... We didnt get to go in until about 5 minutes before my scheduled apppointment. 1) I was 6 weeks and 3 days. DO NOT GO HERE!! I would give them a rating of no stars if I could. They will take an exciting moment and turn it into a bad one. You will never get a phone call, just a bunch of crappy e-mails that doesn't even address your questions. They are thoughtless and have a who cares attitude spoken through e-mails. They also think going to them is more important than you going to your OB/GYN.
