Relaxing session incorporating a facial, nails and brows, which I am super happy with. Since discovering this place 6 months ago, I wouldn't go anywhere else.

I had a terrible experience here. The person doing my brows was both unfriendly and unprofessional. Disgustingly unhygienic, eating crisps without washing their hands and just wiping it all over their clothes before beginning the service. They made me feel super uncomfortable and unwelcome.100% would not recommend.

I’ve been going her for a while and the last two times I haven’t been happy but I feel extremely awkward to say anything and what can I do if to much has been waxed off not like it can be replaced I was no more than 4 minutes getting waxed and tinted the waxing was extremely rushed no plucking or treading was done only wax and there is lumps missing under my eyebrows and one of the staff not sure her name but she is so rude
