My husband & I bought a 2017 thor-quantum motor home with A mercedes diesel from B. Young in Milwaukee, Or. We feel very fortunate to have such a capable salesman as "JAKE PIERCE" too put everything together as it involved a trade-in. Jake hard work came through for us. There were a few factory problems, & service advisor "STACY TROGOON" took care too see that they were fixed in a very timely way. We met the sales team at the Portland rv show. After having them run some numbers for us I chose to hold off until I knew for sure the GD Imagine was the model we wanted. Not once did I feel pressured from anyone. We chose to go back to B Young because of that. I don't like being pushed into something I'm not sure about, and never have I felt that way with them. Thank you Dave for making this possible!
If I could give 0 starts I would. Like other reviews say, no follow up from sales to service. Service does not take any responsibility for parts they sell and/or install. Service advisors are not helpful with the repair process and will make you call many places, basically doing their work for them. They give you information that contradicts itself and they have no customer service. They don't care or sympathize with customers at all. Would not recommend buying from them. My refrigerator went out on second trip, was plumbed improperly. Had to pay for repair since paperwork wasn't sent to Tiffin that we had bought RV. Now refrigerator has quit working again talked with General Manager 2 weeks ago and was told someone would be contacting me. Still haven't heard from anyone, nothing like having to use a cooler when you have an RV. This is just one thing and have other issues also. Customer service needs help.
Just purchased a Grand Design Imagine 2800BH from the most amazing staff at B. Young RV! Our sales rep Carli was professional but with a servant's heart; AdAm was exceptional in our walk-thru; and Juan in the finance department was so organized and through... it was absolutely the best experience I could have hoped for. Well worth the drive from Seattle!!!
