We were driving through when we had problems with the lights on our flat towed vehicle. No one else in the area was interested in helping us. The service manager fitted us in, fixed the problem, and had us back on the road. Cannot say enough good things about this dealership. We would definitely use this dealership if we were in this area. Never owned an RV. Retirement and travel were on our bucket list. Found B. Young RV and Jake Pierce at the RV show (thanks Jack Phelps). They were certainly challenged with our naivety. They nailed it for us! Advised to get a Tiffin Wayfarer with the Mercedes chassis. Perfect fit for our needs, within our budget, and the post sale service by Richard Tran is like having a glove on our hands! Thank you all at our B. Young family. The none pressure informative personal. Will and would recommend anyone looking for a fun experience with purchase of a rv go see Richard Taft. No buyers remorse here.
