Horrible follow up and communication .... was told last week that my 5th wheel warranty work/addons and other repairs would be done and be ready to pick up on Monday ..called at 9AM Monday to find out a good pick up time.... here it is Wednesday at almost noon I have made 3 additional calls ...STILL HAVE NOT HEARD BACK!!!
We had a leak in our new (<1 year) Hideout TT during this last winter. The roof seam where it meets with the front end separated and cause water damage on the whole front driver side including the bed and closet area. We had a trip planned in less than a month and Elizabeth in the warranty/service department did a phenomenal job on taking care of us. We traveled from Central Oregon to the PDX area in search of our RV. B. Young was our second and last stop. Great experience from start to finish. Friendly staff, service techs that went out of their way to make sure we were safe to tow our vehicle. Went to a customer appreciation camp out at Neskowin RV Resort on the the Oregon coast and Katie and the B. Young gang were great. The food was good had lots of laughs and make new friends. Highly recommend this dealership!
