The major difference in dealerships is in the people. B.Young seems to attract the best in every department. They treated my wife and I like gold. You would think that walking away after signing papers one would have that "what did we just do" feeling. Instead, we walked away high fiving each other and smiling the entire trip home. Paul Walter, in particular, was beyond great!
I have never been to any kind of dealership where you received the kind of treatment we did with Byoung from the sales staff to the service. It was not like any vehicle purchase we ever made we kept waiting for the bomb to drop and it never did. Oh and the fresh baked cookies were good also. Took our 2012 Allegro Bus with A LONG list of issues & std maint items in this past Monday. They were awesome, dealt w/extended warranty ins Co on our behalf, & got everything done! They are very hard working employees who were very hospitable to us over the 5 days we needed to be there. We recommend them highly!
