Katie, the sales lady was awesome! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. They were nice to work with, and not pushy. I will come back here for any future RV needs, and will recommend them to everyone.
We bought and sold an RV on consignment with them. A good experience with our purchase of a class A motorhome and equally so with the consignment. We've sold motorhomes on our own before and it was such a hassle. Putting it on consignment was such a better experience. Very friendly and knowledgeable sales staff. A big shout out for Paul and Bill in sales and Richard in service. Thank You and thanks for the cookies and coffee.

Amazingly poor service. Sent me the wrong wheel and tire. Had to get management to see to it because Service would not send the proper one. Four months later, and they wouldn't get UPS to pick up the wrong tire and wheel to send it back. I finally talked UPS into taking it away, even though it isn't their policy to do that. On the trailer before, they made a mess of my trailer, and a two hour job turned into three weeks. I was never happy with it again and sold it and took the loss. We could not be more disappointed. BYoung RV customer service is nonexistent. They sold us an RV with bad tires which led to a blow out and damage which we then paid for. BYRV gave a lot of lip service to "researching the problem" but in the end they put an unsafe vehicle on the road and we paid the price. Don't waste your time with them as they will not live up to their promises and their product and service is nothing but dismal. We are directing all our camping friends to other companies with established reputations.
