Byoung was amazing. Totally thought it would be a high pressure sale environment and it absolutely wasn't. They listened to what we wanted, helped us find our used RV, and were amazing to work with when it had a small leak after the first big rain storm. I appreciate the red carpet service even for customers buying used RVs. Would highly recommend shopping here.
So far so good. Purchase experience was great. Bought a brand new Grand Design. Small tear in one sofa arm, B Young ordered a new one. Been on one trip with the trailer. Have discovered a few items to be fixed & a leak on a slide. Will ask to have these fixed when we are getting the new sofa installed. Some of these reviews from other people are making me wonder about the after purchase customer service. I hope we don't have a similar experience. Fingers crossed.
We had a great experience! We bought a 2017 Hideout and are thrilled with it! Our sales person, Richard Taft, listened to what we wanted and took us to the perfect trailer. He never tried to sell us something bigger or more expensive! Everyone we had contact with was happy and super friendly. We were treated exactly the same as the folks next to us buying a 40' motorhome and we really appreciated that! We negotiated a 2004 Country Coach, they failed to fix the Silver Leaf system by the time we were scheduled to pick the coach up. So their fix was to sell us extended warranty and come back in 30 days for repairs. 30 days later we return the coach for repairs. We gave 30 days to make the prearranged repairs. Went to pick up the coach repairs we not completed and the said the would not complete them as for they were preexisting. Great place to do business. Quality selection and great sraff
Its a bad place the people there don't know what the hell they are doing don't buy a trailer there the service there is bad I went there three times they wired my truck and messed it up and I almost hit a women that pulled out in front of me and I didn't have any brakes on the trailer it's a fifth wheel and try and stop a trailer that doesn't have brakes thank goodness I didn't hit her I wouldn't recommend that place to anyone I ended up taking it to another trailer place after that episode
