Rick Winterton and his service staff are amazing. We had a minor accident near their shop, and we asked if they could get us back on the road. Not only did they patch up our motorhome to get us back on the road, but they dropped what they were doing and immediately got us back in shape to continue with our cross-country trip. They turned what could easily have been a delay of days or even weeks into just a few hours, and we made it to our intended destination that day. Great job!
From the beginning to the end, sales to service and everyone in between, the entire experience of purchasing my Coachman Prism was amazing. They made everything right throughout the process. I will be recommending them to anyone that is in the market for a camper or motor home. Would definitely do business with them again, and we live in the puget sound area.

We took delivery of a 2019 VanLeigh Beacon 39GBB on Friday July 27. After waiting 5 months due to a factory issue with the cabinets we are very pleased with our rig. Overall the experience was very good. Due to a miscommunication our bike receiver was not ordered nor installed at delivery. After several days the problem was resolved. We had some issues with the trailer lights (not installed by B Young) and Jacob came to the rescue to help us get back on the road.
