Jacob in service will bend over backwards to make sure your rv needs are taken care of. He made a 50 mile roadside service call on a friday night. The man has dedication. Dont be afraid to buy from BYoung. They will take care of you.
I had an excellent experience shopping for a new travel trailer at B Young RV.. I really thought it was going to be like buying a car but There’s no comparison.. I was in and out in less than an hour and the staff there really do go out of their way to make sure your needs are met..
We were told that our trailer needed a new roof at the Woodland, WA location : that it would cost $5000 approximately, that there were leaks and the roof “gave in” 5” when they walked on it. 1) we don’t have a “walkable” roof; 2) they didn’t provide photos of the “damage” ; 3) they charged us for attempting to fix something they claim they couldn’t fix. We took our trailer to another place for second opinion.... they fixed the item and a couple other things said our roof is fine. Cost there? $450. Get a second opinion before... read more
Absolutely do not recommend. Waited 2 days to pick up our trailer due to maintenance that needed to be done, only to show up and it not be done. It took 4 hours what should have taken 1 hour. Then to find out the loan paperwork was submitted incorrectly... good thing we reached out to the DMV because BYoung was not going to hold up their end. Love our trailer but very unprofessional, do not recommend.
We bought a 2018 Tiffin Allegro 32SA at BYoung a few months ago. When my wife showed an interest in upgrading to a Phaeton, they were overly friendly. Then I became ill and unable to drive our "new" motorhome so we approached them with buying it back. They lowballed us to a point where we would easily lose over $25000, not including our sizeable down payment, just for driving it to the coast once and then to storage,!!!!
