We purchased our Solitude from B. Young recently and we are very grateful for them. Especially with Covid they were able to take care of us promptly and effectively. Some minor setbacks occurred but they were all overcome with teamwork. Zach our salesman met us when we first wanted to walk through our model at the time we were looking. Called for parts..... talked with the receptionist because the parts department don’t answer the phone.. said I’d get a call back before they went home. Never heard back and try’d several times to call them back before closing time and just got a forwarding message 20 minutes before they closed. If they’d have answered and had the part I could have been there long before closing time and not had the trailer apart in the driveway!
just picked up our 2021 starcraft super light trailer. Excellent customer service from sales, all the way through to the service department. I highly recommend them. Happy campers. Mr. & Mrs. Ribble
They were not forthright in selling our Coach that was on consignment. We had to fight with them to pay off the loan the Coach was sold in March and BYoung did not pay off the loan until July.
just left and will not be back. one price in RV. salesman says that it is a mistake. It was a standard price sheet exactly like the ones in all the other vehicles. He said it was 12K more. Bad business practice. I will buy my new motor home elsewhere.
Probably the worst service I have ever come across. Parts department is impossible to connect to by phone and leaving a name and number doesn’t work, waited 5 days and still no call back. Manager never available. When you spend the kind of money for a Tiffin you would expect better service. I could have had the part sent from Red Bay sooner!

The salesmen are dishonest and not well informed. We wanted a 2020 Imagine and were upsold to a 2021 model, we were also told 3 different prices for the same trailer. Great service from the sales dept in Portland and a super job in the service dept. at Woodland on the window replacement. 5 star rateing as far as I am concerned.
