Recommendedmy household has used B&W for a long time. They do what they say and I have never felt like they try to cheat me and sell me something I don't need.This is a honest group of people and I trust them and if its not right they will fix it. I have owned my own business in the past and I can tell you the old saying "you get what you pay for" is so true with them. Top notch company. Ps: Rob a was my last service guy but I must say they all do a good job.
We needed to have the AC serviced for general maintenance. Rob called ahead as I was told he would, arrived when he said he would, was friendly and willing to explain a few things to me so I understood generally what he was doing. I would not hesitate to contact B&W again or refer them and would especially request/recommend Rob A.
It's usually a scary situation when you need a plumber for a leak, but what isn't scary is using B&W Plumbing. To me, this is a no Brainer decision as I've used them before. Mike came out and after a little detective work, found the leak and fixed it for good. He was absolutely fantastic. Thanks to everyone there for such great service!

Air Conditioner found not working Friday 3pm. By 5pm B &W Service arrived. Now, on Monday: New Air Conditioner replaced the 20+ year old unit. These are THE ONLY HVAC service company I would use!!!
It is never fun to have your water heater break especially 1 week before X-Mas. However I could not have been more pleased with B&W and there service. Frank was awesome! He was prompt, friendly, and prices were fair. Frank even took the time and patience to let our 2 and a half year old daughter "help" him while he worked Highly recommend!
Unfortunately, I've had to call B & W Plumbing a few times in the last couple of years but they have been so awesome to deal with. I can't say enough good things about them. All around great service!!
