First time dealing with B&W. The communication was very good from quote to installation. I had new furnace and AC installed. I was impressed with the installation and Pat and Bobby did a very good job. I would have no reason not to use them in the future. You could tell they all took pride in their work.
Had a tune up on my air conditioner this past August and the technician who arrived was very friendly and did a great job. When he finished my house was cooler than when he arrived. The reason I didn't give 5-stars is that completed service request form online, but I didn't save $10 on my service call like it stated. I even inquired of the technician and he said the paperwork didn't specify. The house is cool so that is great.
B&W Plumbing Heating Cooling sent out Plumber Dave to fix a toilet. We have used them in the past and Dave met the outstanding service expectation we have for B&W. He told us their cost up front and fixed the problem. This is a great company and Dave and the apprentice working with him were awesome. If anyone is looking for a great Heating, Cooling or Plumbing B&W is certainly top on our list.
Tom was sent to our church to investigate our old a/c units. He was very thorough, knowledgeable and courteous. He explained our alternatives completely. He was extremely helpful.
Michael did an excellent job replacing the guts of our master bedroom bath toilet tank and restoring the toilet's function to like-new condition. He was here on time, he was friendly and courteous and did the job without any wasted time. We really appreciate his work. We have used the B&W Plumbing and Heating Company exclusively during the past 30 years for all our plumbing and heating/cooling needs. Without exception we have NEVER been disappointed! After a frustrating 5 days trying to get our AC repaired by our usual HVAC company, we called B&W for help. Jasmine arranged for Jay to come out the same day, within 3 hours of our call. Jay diagnosed the problem promptly and notified the main office. The main office located the necessary part and delivered it to Jay at our house so that he did not need to waste time tracking down and picking up the part. Our AC was repaired in a couple of hours.
After just purchasing a home, I wanted my system checked out. I made the appointment online and almost immediately received a call from Jasmine. After scheduling the appointment, I received an email with Jasmine's photo and that of Rob, who performed the heat pump servicing. Receiving those photos is an awesome touch!!! And, Rob was friendly, answered my questions, and left me very confident of my decision to hire B&W.
Have used them many times for our business. Honest about what it needed to fix the problem, quick with sending over quotes for the work, and fair with the cost. All service techs that have been out are friendly and professional.
