RecommendedHighly recommend B&W - we had slow flushing toilets, and while I was prepared to replace them, after checking a few things in the tank Randy and Mitchell told me it was the water levels. No need to replace the toilets! They were able to make a few adjustments inside the tank and got the toilets flushing properly again. Very honest, helpful team at B&W. 5 stars.
I absolutely cannot say enough good things about this company! Great service, great prices, great servicemen. They arrived on time, they were careful and considerate of my home, they were knowledgeable and efficient, and the price was very reasonable! Highly recommend B&W and will be calling them again in the future.
We had multiple water leaks and mail function of toilet and disposal. Plumber Dontel W. was sent to assess with in a short time after requesting service. He gave us expert advice as to what needs to be done and performed the work. Dontril has expert knowledge and skills for plumbing issues and we are so great full for his help. B and W is the best.
We have used B&W for over 12 years for plumbing and heating and we have a service agreement too. Everything from minor issues, to emergencies, to replacing sump pumps, furnace, water heater and water softener. Always dependable. Every person we’ve dealt with over the years has been friendly and professional. Mike, in particular, has practically become our personal plumber. We highly recommend B&W.
We had a great experience with this company servicing our AC unit and fireplace. I called on a Saturday and had a tech at my home on Monday. Tom Hicks did a fantastic job. I also thought it was great we received a thank you card in the mail. Will use this company again for any future needs!
My AC unit died the hottest week of the year. B&W was great to work with - even though they were swamped with emergency calls, they went above and beyond and removed a tree that was in the way of the pedestal they installed to keep the condenser off the ground. Price and warranty were reasonable. Highly recommend.
5/30/19-Tom is top notch at his job. We always request him to service our ac and furnace. The only downside of this, which by no means was Tom's fault was he gave our name to a mgr to call the following week for a plumbing quote. That person never called. So with that, it puts mgt as 2-3 stars. Tom always receives 5 stars .
