Just had my furnace fixed today. Got home from vacation to find a our house was freezing and the furnace wasn't working. From the time I called to the time it was back up and running was just over two hours. You can't ask for more than that! Tom and Trent were personable, knowledgeable, and because of them I'll be calling to schedule my service maintenance with B&W soon as well. Thanks to the whole team! ������
Patrick came to 'restore' my heat the same day I called. Fortunately. for me, it was a fairly simple thing to fix and he tested the furnace/thermostat several times to be sure the problem was taken care of. Patrick explained the problem, explained what he did to fix it, and made sure I understood. Very informative, very friendly. Love you guys! Happy holidays.
