Extremely poor avoid at all costs. I had carpets fitted by this company and have since had them out 3 times for fitting faults, and yet more faults arisin with the carpet coming up. In multiple places. I contacted bj carpets in regards to this was told that if I removed my review they would indeed sort the carpet, which I did in good faith. I then have a letter posted through my door advising they would not resolve the issues with fitting. Really lovely young man served us in the shop, extremely helpful and no pressure whatsoever. Gave good advice and certainty knew "his stuff". The fitter was very warm and friendly and did an excellent job! Can highly recommend
