In a difficult market BE worked really hard to find a buyer for our flat. When the buyer was found the team worked hard to ensure our sale went through and kept us regularly updated with progress, helping to liaise with solicitors and others in our chain. If we ever moved again I wouldn’t hesitate to list our home with Victoria and all the friendly team!

BE property services were a dream to work with on the sale of our house. From the very professional first visit, we felt comfortable with them. Due to Ill health Covid concerns, viewings were accompanied with us out of the house, and again that all went smoothly, in fact , we went away on holiday and returned to a sold house at full asking price. I was initially unsure as BE Property provided the cheapest quote compared to other local estate agents, but this wasn't reflected in the quality of work or time taken for the sale of our property.
