Disappointed. Had an appointment for today...Nobody showed up, nor did anyone call to inform us that nobody would be showing up. Tried to contact the office, they were already closed. My boyfriend took an entire day off from work, without pay, to make sure he was here when they showed up. Unprofessional, irresponsible, and downright rude!!
