Avoid this company. I’ve had them out to my house 3 times now and they still have not been able to accomplish what they were hired to do. Last time they came out my heat stopped working within 4 hours of their visit and they are trying to charge me an after hours fee to fix the mistake they made. We will be seeing what legal action can be taken as we are not responsible for their mistakes and their work obviously caused more issues that will need to be fixed by another company. A dedicated worker, who knows his trade, showed up for us. On a Fri night at 9pm in 11° weather, when our furnace broke. JJ was amazing. He quickly assessed our issue. While he did not have the necessary parts on him, he located them in (in Queensbury) and made the trip there and back. He had us up and running in no time at all. Thank you JJ & thank you B&B
Our furnace quit working last night. Fortunately we had already scheduled an appointment, which as luck would have it, happened to be today. I called to see if maybe they could come sooner and Thank You Glory, he was early!Our tech Jay Jay, new immediately what was wrong. He fixed all our issues and picked up after himself. Thank you B&B

Quick response and same day quote for work to be done. Aaron was professional and polite. You can tell he’s been in the business for a long time. He is so helpful and made some good recommendations. Didn’t make us feel like we were neophytes! Lol

is this the company that modified bridge water apt in Ballston spa had to cut my bathroom ceiling above shower to found out drain pipe from up stair tub is defective leaking drip drip over time this is the 4 th unit do to poor workman's ship , and this is a second time do to b+b non union workers horror,,, everything loose shower nozzle not secured to beam behind sheet rock ,, help
Great service & professionalism!
Just as the weather turned cold our furnace died. Even though we weren’t an established customer, B&B came quickly and in a matter of a few days we were back in business with a new furnace! Appreciate that our salesman, Aaron, came over personally to get things started on a Saturday morning. Excellent service for a fair price.
