This has been a very bad experience for us two years with an AC unit that is dead On arrival. They keep putting in parts and no solution. We bought a new furnaceAt the time and in the beginning we had water pouring down our furnace. But they said oh you’re OK. Tomorrow which will be Wednesday they were going to put in the part to say we think maybe this will fix the AC unit. A big maybe. Awesome Service, BJ called me and checked to see if I needed immediate services, and then scheduled his service manager to call me back the following morning. Sean called first thing and scheduled a technician to come and repair our A/C. It was done in a expedited fashion and reasonably priced. I have also scheduled a return visit for routine service and system cleaning. Great people, great service, great price. Thank You B&B!

The team at B&B is prompt and reliable - I had my furnace break recently and the team had us back up and running within hours. Not only am I a customer I refer them to clients and friends !!! A professional team for all plumbing & heating needs.

I practiced surgery in Schenectady 40 years and for the last 20 was chief of the surgical dept. I used many Plumbing and Heating companies both for my home and my office. The former owner of Roland J. Downs was a patient and we received excellent personal service when he was alive and in charge. He is gone now. I recently switched to B&B. They are friendly, competent, always available and they treat us like family, friends, above our best expectations. Thank you B.J. for saving us during last year vicious winter storm.
