My wife was gifted some gorgeous beaded earrings for her birthday from Azuni. She loved them and they looked great on her. Unfortunately one of the earrings broke a little while after. I emailed the company directly with a photo showing the broken earring and asked if it could be repaired. A lovely lady called Sophia responded immediately. Unfortunately they could not be repaired, but she offered to replace them for a brand new pair free of charge. Ordered online a special bracelet (festival fringe cuff) for a birthday present to be sent to Spain, it was delivered within 4 days beautifully wrapped. As soon as I placed the order I emailed the team asking if was possible to add a personalised birthday card, they got back to me straight away and they’ve added it too. Excellent customer service and the product is finely crafted and beautiful! Very happy 😃

I have just received my Azuni order, looking forward to wearing each piece. In particular I am really pleased with the Meli Crystal Hoop earrings, they will be perfect for summer!
