I'm absolutely happy with the entire work as it is, since I brought over the necklace and chain, completely separated, while in need of some modifications for the chain and necklace in terms of engraving. All done in reasonable time, they also helped me with fitting photographs inside. Definitely would recommend in terms of the manner, time and work itself.

A big thankyou to Jack for repairing my Wall Clock housing the little cheese mouse door which opens and closes on the hour. Where most clock repairers were totally disinterested in even looking at it you weren't . You wondered why the door failed to open only slightly but closed. You took the time to find the fault and repaired it. It is TRULY BRILLIANT now so thank you so much Jack. I love this clock and it has never gone wrong in several years since new.
