I was very happy with the service provided by Kay Buckley of Axis Professional Services Ltd in relation to the sale of my late father’s bungalow. Everything went pretty much to plan and I was kept up to date throughout the process. I particularly liked the on-line portal which allowed me to monitor the case progress and provided a very simple and effective way of uploading documents and sharing information.
This is my second time using Kayleigh and I would recommend her to anyone selling and/or purchasing. We used her to purchase our first home at the recommendation of our financial advisor and instructed her again 3.5 years later for the sale of the house and purchase of our forever home. I cannot fault her communication as she always responds as soon as possible with open and honest answers. 10/10 service - highly recommend!

I had the pleasure of working with Kayleigh as she managed the very efficient conveyancing of my buy-to-let sale. She remained calm and very professional during the entire process which has taken 13 months. I on the other hand, I was not quite so calm.
