Emily and Alex are lovely they give the place a friendly feel that makes you really feel like you fit in regardless of how fit and toned you are. There are all sorts of ages and body types and everyone is so welcoming.

Without question the most credible gym I have experienced globally. Alex & Emily’s investment in equipment, culture & work ethic is evident throughout. Everyone using the gym seems to have a sense of pride that they are associated with it, work hard, do not sit about wasting valuable time on their phones, and wipe the equipment down like it is their own. I’m not someone who leaves a lot of reviews or reads them. Never really knew if they are genuine. The review I’m leaving for AW fitness is 100% honest. I’m sorry if it goes on a bit I’m a 59 year old man and a bit of a cliche. I turned 59 in January and thought about being 60. I felt depressed and anxious, not about getting old but by how I felt.
