Worked with Avolon on and off for years now. Moneys always been paid on time and Louise has been great at looking after us in terms of new contracts and any issues we’ve had on site. Would highly recommend
Absolute joke and pathetic attitude towards employees. To call someone (me in this case) offering a job but need the medical. Book one the next day, pass, take photo and send it to them. Then get an email from someone else in the office asking if I am available - for the job I've already applied for. Then receive an email from Louisa saying they are looking for 1 driver (the role I've already applied for) but if I knew anyone else that could fulfill the job. What an absolute insult. Great agency, Louise always puts in the hard work to get you a start and with the right rate of pay and supports with any issues in the workplace, would highly recommend Avolon and speaking to Louise!
Louise has always kept in contact offering me serval jobs which I declined because they weren't right for me. But she kept trying and eventually found me the perfect role, without becoming frustrated or writing me off for declining several offers before.
