From pick up to drop off, this was a nightmare. I Customer service was very un helpful. The 1st car they tried to give us was filthy. The one we got needed new tires and an alignment. the loction on Cobb Pkwy. in kennesaw Ga. was very un professional and the clerk was clue less as to what he was doing, furthermore there is never a manger present. the worst part is the credit card had to match the license of the person picking up the car.. Horrible Experience I had rented a car from them and the first car the shocks on the car was bad. Went to trade the car in and I was given a dirt car. I told one of the employees. They told me just to take pictures of it and go so I did. When I was driving it I started to have an allergic reaction, because of animal hair in the car. I rented a car in chicago at midway airport. Not 1 avis rep around to walk around the car with. It had some dents and was very dirty. I used this car for 5 days and I am the only person that drove it. When we got out of chicago and on the highway, the car had a front end vibration. Budget Rent a car from the Orlando international airport are scam artist! When you sign in to receive the car that you have already paid for at was thought for a reasonable price, they try to bully you into buying their Loss Damage Coverage, gas, toles etc... with an additional total of $534.00.I was thinking whoa what are they trying to pull?! I rent a car in Seattle airport. (**********) Service was good and fast. When we returned a car we had small negative impact from unfriendly stuff in the parking area. But after one week I received a letter that they charge for Cleaning Service to our vehicle, due to smoke odor! I immediately call to Customer Care. I would do ZERO stars if i could. I've had nothing but issues with Avis from the beginning of my trip to San Francisco. It all started when I went to book. It changed my days when I accepted. This company is the worst about calling texting or e-mailing their customers back. If you get someone on line after waiting an hour then they put you back on hold and never come back to you especially if they know you have a problem. Rented a suv for 4 days suv was infested with big black ants. My Granddaughter is allergic to their bites. It was so bad that my Granddaughter did not want to Go nowhere. I recently had a rental with Avis(Denver International) from 6/7 through 6/9. I picked up the car at 1:47 pm on Monday and dropped it off by 9:15 am on Wednesday. I also got a paper receipt with my rental terms and dates. My flight was at 10:35 am Wednesday (6/9). This was for a rental car. I used Paypal for my payment because it was a payment option on their website. When I went to Avis to pickup the car they said I could not get the rental without using a credit card. They would not honor the Paypal payment when I went to pick up the vehicle.
