Dr Lowry is very sweet and her staff is compassionate to my fear of being at the dentist.
I showed up late and had new insurance. The staff was patiently waiting and smiling(probably through clenched teeth) for me and I my insurance was quickly processed.
I have always been impressed with the lady who cleans my teeth (sorry I forgot)and Dr. Judy. They both do an outstanding job, but also get to know the person, your not just a patient. Dr. Judy has taken excellent care of me over many years.

Excellent personnel and resulting experience. I had not seen a dentist for more than three years due to past experience, but I now plan to visit your facility every six months for oral hygiene upkeep.
My teeth were cleaned and they did bleed and it was a bit painful to get them cleaned this time around. Perhaps it was because they had some plaque forming that made it more sensitive. Perhaps if I was offered a numbing cream for the gums next time? I don't really prefer to have any type of numbing creams or medications when not necessary but perhaps this time I may have been ok with getting some type of numbing on some of those areas. My teeth are still sensitive. I know I have to floss more often for sure to avoid too much... read more
