This was my first time at Avery Ranch. The lady who took my xrays (Kristi?) was very friendly and explained things very well. Dr. Flex was also super nice. The lady (can't remember her name) that helped me schedule my follow-up appointments and my family's appointments was very patient and super helpful. The office was beautiful and welcoming. I'm so glad I found this place!

Ms. Gina did pay close attention to details. Dr. Flex is always cheerful and makes me feel comfortable. I don't like to go to Dentist but definitely the team of Dr. Flex + Ms. Gina made a very positive experience! Thank you for caring.
Would like to see Dr Lowry next time . She is hard to schedule.
I would add that I had an appointment with Gina. When I got there I was informed that she was out. The girl asked if I wanted to reschedule. I really did not want to have to experience a new person probing my mouth. I also did not want to drive back either. If my dentist or my hygienist is out, I would prefer a call so I can make the choice. I mean going to a doctor or dentist is a personal matter. My wife and I both come here. We both appreciate Dr Judy and the entire staff here. We are always treated very professionally and very nicely..
Ellie really enjoyed her visit. She was excited she got to choose her own toothpaste and toothbrush and she wanted to talk about the visit afterwards. She was very scared to go to the dentist and I don't think she will be anymore. Thanks for making it such a great experience for her.
