I requested an appt through the online form, but didn't hear back from facility for several days. I finally called and was able to get an appointment within hours. Suggest better monitoring of the online form requests and prompter response.

After being shown into the treatment room no one seemed to know why I was there. One Dr. asked me to open my mouth but did not examine me. I was then told to check at the desk. For this I was charged $72.
I would say I get far to many reminders regarding appointments. One is plenty.
Kim is the best, and the cleaning was as painless as I have experienced. However, all of the staff need to stop pushing both me and my wife to come more frequently. My insurance allows for 2 visits a year and thats exactly what we are going to do. Asking for 3 or 4 month intervals everytime is getting irritating and wanting us to use a different facility.
Assistant cut the corner of my lips when she doing the floss. I cannot open my mouth wide or laugh out loud now.
Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Kim and Dr. Simon took the time to explain the treatment plan thoroughly. Couldn't be happier with my first visit!
Zane is 10 loves Dr Simon !! She makes it much easier to get him to the dentist without to big of a prize bribe after :)
This place is fantastic. They do everything right. They treat you well and have a great office environment.
