Everyone was extremely nice and professional and the hygienist was great. However, I just wanted to get my teeth cleaned 2 or 3 times a year. My first visit was a lot of x-rays and measuring my gums. This week I thought I was getting my teeth cleaned. The hygienist almost cleaned only half my teeth and I would have to come back, but later decided to clean all of them. Both Lindsay, the hygienist, and Dr. Simon were terrific. I needed to find a new dental 'home' here in Austin after relocating last year -- and I have! Very nice facility; excellent staff.
Always been scared of the dentist! And everyone made me feel very comfortable. Won't go anywhere else!
Only disappointment was the lenth of time before we can start my tratment plan. Over a 3 week wait is a lot.
What can I say! Great front desk staff! The dental assistants were friendly and so helpful! The dentist was professional and explained all of the treatment plan up front and continued to explain in layman's terms as the treatment progressed. I would stronly recommend this dental office to anybody!
My hygienist was phenomenal. Very personable and accommodating. She did a great job!
My cleaning appt. was moved up. Can't believe my inital appt. was 3 months out. It all worked out though.
Stella did an excellent job on my cleaning.
Loved Annie and the doctor who saw me!
