I remembered too late to call and ask for a different hygienist prior to this appointment. She was too rough the first time I saw her. This time I spoke her about being too rough, but she made excuses and continued the same way. I have never felt other hygienist I have seen at your offices have been this rough. I never want to be scheduled with her again. I also tokd my friend about her to spare my friend the pain. My recommendation of your practice is the reason she came to your peactice. Monday morning, with my first cup of coffee a fresh memory, the dentist is typically not the way to get a week off to a good start. Ha! Teeth cleaning and x-rays are one of life's 'maintenance' requirements. Both went off without a hitch. Even had a smile at the end.
Amazing service. My time at Avery was perfect and i brag about my dentist to anyone looking for a new dentist or that lives in my area.
I was put to ease by the friendly staff. They were on time and informative.
Left my visit a little disappointed. Have had recurring visits every 6 months and consistent discussion regarding the removal of a wisdom tooth. Previous visits have not uncovered a need for the removal of the specific tooth and nothing discussed during my last visit. However this time, I was told that it is a serious issue and needs to be removed. Improve communication...waited 15 mins after my appointment time for someone to tell me they are running late. In event of previous appt running long, switch techs for those who are waiting. Our time is important as well- that appears to have been forgotten with your practice.
