It was my first time using Avenue Heating and I'll definitely work with them again. My hot water stopped working - Winston was so helpful and honest over the phone and sent someone out that same morning. Chaz was the engineer and he was brilliant - friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The problem was identified and fixed quickly. If you want a reliable, efficient and professional service, I would highly recommend Avenue Heating.

We've used Avenue heating for basic maintenance as well as emergency call outs for our heating, both radiator and underfloor. They are always prompt, show up exactly when they say they'll be there, and resolve the issue. It's really reassuring to have a company like Avenue Heating on call as you know they can help with whatever the issue is. Would definitely recommend

Fantastic experience with Avenue Heating from start to finish. The enquiries team were really efficient in organising the appointment. Charles (Chaz) attended - Polite, helpful and talked me through what he was doing and what the problem was - solved the problem, gave everything else a check - quick/efficient and friendly, he left everything clean and tidy...and price estimated was spot on.
