I have gone in to enquire for a ring design with Avanti today and the service off the bat was incredible. sat down, offered a drink and needs met with, knowledgeable, lovely, welcoming staff. the process was explained clearly and I'm excited to see what comes next. I also bought a watch strap which was fitted to my preference within minutes. thank you Sam for the great service today.

Real dampener to what should have been an exciting day for me and my fiancé. Customer service was shocking being ushered out the shop because of the staff being “too busy”. We were happy to wait and were browsing whilst doing so but was made to feel extremely unwelcome. Basic customer service standards were extremely slacking.
