The seals in my upstairs bedroom came apart from the window. Reported the issue and was told this would fall under minor settlement and fall under home maintenance. When I replied to the email to inform that my next door neighbour had the same issue prior to me reporting this and my neighbours was fixed, nobody replied to my email so I sent another one which was also ignored. I've been living in the Richmond Park Terrace Avant Homes development and to be honest it's been excellent. Moved in on time, minimal issues with my penthouse flat & good support after. All in all 5/5.
purchase process is a shambles. Lies by sales team encouraged by management. Complete lack of customer care..... once they have your money they drag their feet and do everything to avoid addressing snags. Very poor quality of finish resulting in many snags and each one is an arguement even the major safety related ones. The biggest problem is a culture of lies that comes down the line from management and is encouraged down the line meaning dishonest people must be the ones that are promoted in the company in my opinion.
