I lived at Autumn Ridge for almost 2 years. Its a nice place however a little small and outdated for the rent price. Most of the office staff are kind; however, there one or two of them that will give you nasty looks if you come in or pass by them where ever it may be. The maintenance men are great and very nice. If you want to live around a wide variety of people, this is the place for you. Its also next to some busy roads, so you will hear traffic out of your windows. So far have loved living here! My one bed/one bath is just the perfect size for me and my pup. I fell in love with the layout and how much sun was brought in from the beginning. Have never had any maintenance issues or issues with the front office. Everyone is very friendly and I can't wait for that pool to open! Entire area is well kept and I've seen many attempts to make sure structures are fixed when need be, such as the stairs to my complex. They care very much for their tenants!

The rent is too high for the age of the apartments. They updates are already outdated. Don't expect hot water all the time. Several times the hot water heater was broken. The filter area underneath is never cleaned and has rust and mold inside. The filters are changed, but not the inside of the filter area. Its not a bad place to stay but front office/Management could be better handling certain things! Other then that not bad!
