The only thing this apartment is after is more money. Upon moving out I received a notification about a balance on my account and they are refusing to explain the balance because it is not the end of my move out period.

Beautiful Community
Had my wife live here while I was stationed in Florida. Got PCS orders to Maryland and they wouldn't let me use Service members civil relief act to avoid lease break fee, on top of two extra months of rent. I dont think they realize the military gets paid scraps..... wouldn't reccomend to anyone military. Also, I see roaches every time I took our dog out.

Lived here for two years. never had a problem. Office staff is always helpful and maintenance is quick to respond. My apartment was not one of the remodeled ones so things like the calking around the tub needed re-calking, and when I first moved in the insulation around the front door needed some work. Nothing unexpected, and when I mentioned these to the staff they responded within a day and fixed what needed to be fixed. Thanks to all the staff! You all are awesome!!
A great place to live over 8yrs to present Exellent office staff attitude as well commication. Maintenance team work Order done quicky and well done. Community grounds kept up level 10 points. Home sweet home.
