Fast and simple Very easy, pleasant, non-pressure experience. Every person with whom we interacted was nothing but polite and professional. We are not only in love with the car, but very appreciative of the simplicity in the whole test drive, negotiation, purchase process. New MDX purchase I had a mail-in offer to upgrade my current 2015 MDX to a 2016 MDX. Since the features and engine response improvements were significant enough for me, i decided to take the offer if it was financially attractive. Starting with Meghan and then with Steve Victor and Mike in Finance, i was helped through the process in a very smooth manner. Despite being a relatively busy day, i was in and out in 3 hours!
