Ask for Pete Great dealer. I buy a new rdx every year from pete. He is a great guy, I actually look forward to going. can't say that about many car dealers. I'm a tough grader and denville acura is great. highly recommended.
Ease of purchase Just purchased my third Acura in 1 1/2 Years (2 MDX'S and 1 RDX). from Acura of Denville. I have tried other dealers but Denville Acura has had the most informative and least pressure approach of all the others. This is my 79th vehicle purchase and I always appreciate a no hassle informative sales person. I am sure selling a great product makes it easy.
New car purchase Just bought my second RDX AWD Tech Pkg from this dealer. Purchase experiences for both were pleasant and efficient. All service on first RDX was done at dealer and will continue to have new one serviced there. My salesman, Steve Victor, and the rest of the sales team were great to work with as is the service department.
Poor customer service There was no setup how to welcome and deal with the client. Car detailing was fair but the sales man and finance guy was in rush like they will lose there train. I do not know about other people but we was treated like specially badly. Do not give them sales let them get it by trying.
Speedy service and good price I found the deal online - contacted the dealer immdiatley and we were able to close the deal in 24 hours. Steve is very pleasant to work with.

Best Car Buying Experience Ever In my mind nothing worse than buying a new car. Well all I can say is, I walked in to this dealer and knew exactly what I wanted and was using my RDX as a trade in addition to paying cash for the new wheels.
