Best car buying experience! I went in the car dealer expecting to test drive a few cars and check out the current leases. I ended up getting a new 2016 ILX!! A very Pleasant experience Car shopping was never my favorite pastime however it changed with my visit to Acura in Denville. I was greeted with a very friendly staff. Excellent experience It was a pleasure doing business at Acura of Denville. We got a great deal and they never tried to rip us off. Steve was great. He spent a lot of time with us and was super knowledgeable. Everyone was also so accommodating to our 2 toddlers while we were there. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone and would definitely go back there again.
What a pleasure This was by far the easiest car purchase/leasing process I have ever experienced. Most of the work was completed before we ever stepped foot into the dealership with Meghan from Internet sales. Great Experience Unfortunately, many make the time to write when they have had a bad experience, but too few take the time to write when they have a great one. We are taking the time to do so! This is our 4th Acura that we have leased and can honestly say that working with Pete and the entire staff there has been great. Their customer service and service area parallel their sales as well! Offordability- Negotiable Hi, People here are similar to others but they sit with you for negotiating. But they are really nice. Manager is very friendly and doesn't force you to add extra packages. He is a nice guy knows how to deal with people explains all the benefits and allows you to make a decision. Overall good experience. Thanks
