I went in to check my windshield wiper fluid. Mark greeted me in Service and was extremely helpful and diligent. He was able to figure out that my fluid levels were fine but my motor for the windshield wiper fluid was malfunctioning. He put an order for a new part, and they will call me once the part is ready to be installed. Mark was very efficient and had me in and out of the Service Dept. in less than 10 min. Thank you Mark! I was very pleased of the service . I came in for an oil change This is my first used Acura MDX I had a lot of question about my vehicle maintenance. Cameron in the service department was exceptional answering all . Very easy to talk to and to deal with .he also printed out vehicle history report for me to see what was done on my vehicles to help me on my maintenance showing what needs done and not done until later on.
