By far the worst, repeatedly The last time I visted this dealership will be my last time and thats a promise. We are on our 7th Acura lease so we aren't newbies or just tire-kickers. Armed with a lease pull ahead program offered by another dealership (hint rt22) We decided to go to this more local dealer to take a much more concerted look at the 2017 RDX. I keep coming back Steve Victor, my salesperson, is knowledgeable, responsive, pleasant, and absolutely straightforward. Every aspect of the transaction was open and honest. His advice was practical and he was protective of the customer from the moment I walked in, until I left the dealership with my newly leased car.

Steve Victor, our dealer, was committed to selling a car that met both his and our expectations, and he respected our input when negotiating. In the end, we were happy to buy a car from him, because he gave us a reasonable price and great service.
This was the best experience I ever had when buying a car. Steve Victor, the sales man, was a pleasure to do business with. He is knowledgeable, friendly, and not high pressure. Steve and Jane, the sales manager, worked with me to get a better deal than I thought I'd get.
Friendly and pleasant atmosphere Other members of our family have worked with Pete Spiro so we made an appointment to meet with him just to "talk" and look at the RDX as a possible purchase in the future. Two hours later after a test drive, spending time with Pete who is delightful, knowledgeable and easy to talk to...... we met Jane who is very pleasant and accommodating, and we leased our RDX!! Great overall experience I went in for a service on my car at the time which was the TL. While waiting, I was browsing the showroom and started looking at the RDX. Michael asked if I was interested in a test drive and I fell in love with the car. From there, the process of getting a trade in value, price of the car and how to take the car home via lease/buy was seamless. My second car from the dealership and will definitely continue going there.

Wonderful and stress free Everyone at dealership was pleasant and courteous. Transaction went smoothly. Negotiated price with Salesperson prior to coming to dealership. When I arrived my car was sitting in front cleaned to the max. Have to say after being in the business for years prior this was the most pleasurable experience I have had at a dealership.
