Good service. Oil change should be under an hour. All on all good service and attention to detail.

I had a GREAT experience at Smail Acura this weekend! Alec was wonderful to work with through the entire process. He wasn't pushy at all and really listened to every detail that I was looking for in a vehicle. When I told him I was interested in other brands, he helped facilitate seeing those vehicles too which was a huge convenience. Ultimately, I decided on the Acura RDX (which is my first Acura) and couldn't be happier with my decision. This was my first visit to Autosport Acura of Denville. Technical problem was solved same day, with reasonable charges. Had accessories in stock that I wanted to purchase. Eugene in Service and the gentleman in the Parts Department (sorry don't have his name) were helpful and pleasant.

We shopped used Tribeca's across the Southeast US. We have recently moved to North Carolina and were surprised to see the number of high mileage Subaru's that had been purchased at auction. I test drove a 2013 Tribeca with 109,000 miles located just down the street from our home, an auction purchase. Muller's sold me a 2014 with 50,000 fewer miles for $2000 more than the test driven 2013. Roger handled the details superbly. Muller does not ship, so you need to coordinate the details yourself.
